No Refunds: All sales of dummy tickets and hotel reservations are final. We do not offer refunds unless the visa is denied explicitly due to an error in the itinerary provided by us.
Proof of Denial: In the rare case that your visa is denied due to our fault, you must provide a complete letter of rejection stamped and signed by the embassy authority, as well as other pertinent documents.
Processing Time: After verification of the documents, the refund, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable: Fees for visa services are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of service request.
Service Errors: Refunds are only issued if the visa denial is explicitly due to an error in the service provided by Hop Holidays. Proper documentation as stated above will be required.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required for all tour packages.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the travel date. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to travel, only the deposit will be forfeited.
Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Original Form: Any refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of any approved refunds.
Hop Holidays reserves the right to alter this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and it’s your responsibility to review it periodically.
